There is something happening in the sky right now that I want to talk to you about today, and it is this:

Your heart is being asked to open, to reach out with both hands toward the abundance and the lOve and the creative possibility that is genuinely, finally, flowing in your direction; and your mind is being asked to slow itself down, to sit with some uncomfortable questions about the quality of what you have been thinking and saying and believing, and to do the slow and painstaking work of clearing out whatever has been quietly strangling the truth of what you actually think.

Venus and Jupiter are moving into conjunction, and what this moment carries within it is the specific emotional and creative tone of the coming year of your heart-centred life. This is a Kairos, a sacred and appointed time, fecund with abundant potential, imbued with the impetus to reach out, to connect, to seek jOy and to openly and freely express what you most deeply value and lOve. The universe is leaning toward you with a warmth you can feel if you are willing to feel it. Archangel Ani-el, the jOy of gOd, and Tzadki-el, the prayer of gOd, are reaching for one another, a gentle and soothing healing field emanating from their touch, and you are being invited into that field, to open your heart further into the healing lOve of beauty and union and fellowship.

It may have felt, across the past 45 odd days, as though benevolence had turned its face away from you. The waiting may have required a patience that was harder to sustain than it appeared from the outside, and financial matters and social matters and creative matters may have felt flat, unsupported, stripped of the buoyancy you knew was possible. Yet know that the ionised winds of hOpe are blowing through you now, refreshing your heart and sharpening your vision, and the rising anticipation you feel is real and earned.

So here is the first question I want to share with you.

What have you been waiting for permission to receive?

What lOve, what creative flourishing, what quality of relationship or financial ease have you been holding at arm’s length, telling yourself the timing is wrong, that you are not quite ready, that there is something still requiring resolution before you can allow it in? Because what you set in motion during this period carries a particular weight, seeding the tone of your heart-centred reality across the coming year. Any pattern, any person, any belief that has worked as ivy growth, silently strangling your capacity to receive, this is the moment to thank it and release it, and to stand before a genuinely blank canvas.

And a second question.

Looking back across the past year, where did you contract around lOve?

Where did you pull back from expressing your heart-truth, from asking for what you genuinely needed, from allowing yourself to be seen in the fullness of what you feel and value and desire? Because the quality of openness with which you enter this new cycle is the quality of openness from which everything that follows will be created.

Now to the second major aspect of this week…

Mercury is squaring Saturn and calling to ask you whether the stories you are telling, to yourself and to others, are genuinely yours, or whether they are well-dressed repetitions of something inherited and never truly examined. The key here is slowness. This is a time for the measured, well-considered thought rather than the quick-fire response, a time to cross every t and dot every i with the kind of unhurried care that produces real concentration and genuine clarity. Your nervous system is running hot.

Here is the last question to reflect upon.

What thought-form have you been carrying that belongs to someone else entirely?

In other words, what inherited doubt, what borrowed limitation, what self-criticism have you so long rehearsed that you have mistaken it for discernment? And what would your communication, your creative expression, your daily thinking actually sound like if you stripped all of that away and spoke only from what you genuinely know to be true?

Remember that an expanded heart needs a refined mind. The opening into lOve and abundance and creative fertility is only as good as the quality of honesty you bring to what you do with it. And the slow and painstaking work of the mind, that long editorial process Saturn is asking of you, is itself an act of lOve, a form of devotion to what you most deeply value and wish to express in the world. One without the other is incomplete. The generous heart without the honest mind drifts into indulgence and self-congratulation dressed up as inspiration. And the disciplined mind without the warm and open heart becomes melancholy for its own sake, contraction without the faith that there is anything worth the effort of expressing.

Together, they constitute something like the whole creative life. Make lOve with your whole self, and let the mind do its slow and careful and honest work. These are the same act. They always were.

May your heart open fully to all that is seeking to pour into it, and may you have the courage to release whatever has been silently strangling your capacity to receive.

May the slowing of your mind bring you, in its own time, the deep satisfaction of having thought your own thoughts with honesty and care.

May Ani-el’s jOy and Tzadki-el’s prayer move through you freely, and may this sacred and appointed time open you to everything this Earth is longing to give you.
