Joy flows from presence. It blossoms when your soul feels at home, unfolding gently, like petals in sunlight. It arises through harmony with life, through quiet awareness, through the soft rhythm of breath and belonging. In the smile of a child, in the hush before dawn, in the dance of wind through trees, joy moves. It weaves through ordinary moments, filling them with warmth and brilliance. Every glance, every sound, every touch becomes part of its song.
This joy welcomes everything. It embraces simplicity, celebrates beauty, and invites connection. In its presence, the heart opens, the body lightens, and the spirit feels the freedom to expand. Shining in stillness and in celebration, it lives in the rhythm of walking, the grace of kindness, the sparkle of laughter shared, to feel, to see, to live fully awake as you breathe with awareness.
As you open to the wonder around you, joy gathers and glows. It is always here, a deep truth already alive within you. As your Mind-Light approaches its conception moment, aligning as it will do with our Star on Friday, offering up to the altar all those things that have hindered the free expression and movement of joy is something I would ask you to actively engage, so that you are left with the innocence and wonder of awe and happiness, just as you were as a young child.
So, let me ask you - what is joy to you? What is happiness? And if absent, what needs to be repositioned to enable you to immerse yourself in the Light that emanates from that very simple state?
