Breathe in, so I can breathe you out…

We live within a rhythmic ocean, the tide of light ebbing and flowing, year in, year out. Today, our star floats on top of our exhale in the North, whilst from the South, it is cocooned within the depths of the inhale, as she moves into Cardinal Water, a landscape where the skies are damp from the wetted breath and the heart is open to give and give again.

So as Sol pauses, her light still and poignant, perhaps you could take a moment to reflect on the extent to which your heart is open and free.
